I offer groups on a rotating basis.

“Law of Attraction” a group I co-created and co-facilitate With Dorothy Rabon LMSW-ACP based on the writings of Wayne Dyer and the principles of the laws of attraction as seen in the hit movie The Secret..

Level I training is a 6 week 90 minute, weekly group that introduces the principles of the laws of attraction, through the use of energy psychology, lecture and introductory applications.

Level II training is a 6 week 90 minute weekly group that delves more in depth in applications of the laws of attraction and more advanced applications. Level I must be completed prior to participation in Level II

Parenting groups. 6 week one hour long parenting groups designed to help parents identify their parenting style, identify what has worked in the past and what has not. To coach parents to set realistic goals with regards to their children and to increase their parenting effectiveness.

Meditation:
Friday 7am-8am in my office. This group is free to the participants, but participants must have a reservation each week as space is limited.
